For now, we only deliver our products to European countries. Due to COVID-19, many logistical transportation systems have been disrupted. We do not want to provide inconsistent service and cannot promise worldwide shipping at this time.

Packing and Shipping
After the checkout process is complete and your order is successful, we will send you a confirmation email (also check your SPAM inbox). You can view the summary of your order and find your order number in this email. Please note that in some cases, we may need a processing time of 1 or 2 days.

Tracking Your Order
Once the orders are packed, they are handed over to the carrier you selected. When the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your order. Please note that the standard shipping solution for orders outside Western Europe is subject to less reliable tracking.

WNKL does not accept returned goods without prior written communication and agreement. You can return item(s) at your own cost within 14 days (unused item(s) in new condition). We will exchange the item/items and send them to you for free or you will receive a refund minus shipping costs and/or additional charges. Both the returned item(s) and the packaging must be in new condition; if the package is damaged, we will charge a fee of at least 15% of the value of the merchandise. Order cancellations: If an in-stock/activated order is canceled before it is shipped, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 5 euros.
